1. Acceptance

These terms form an agreement between you and Morgan Hill Home Comfort covering your use of this website and any request you submit through it. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What we provide

We publish educational content about HVAC installation, replacement and repair, and homeowners can request an estimate or a service visit through the site. Morgan Hill Home Comfort is operated by Air Care Heating & Cooling, Inc. (CSLB #984584), which handles those requests directly. The guides themselves are general information and are not an offer to perform specific work at a specific price; any work is governed only by a separate written proposal or contract.

3. Estimate and service requests

Submitting a request authorises Air Care Heating & Cooling, Inc. to contact you about it, including by phone, text and email. Prices, scope, schedule and warranty terms are set only in a written proposal or contract, and nothing on this site forms part of that agreement. You remain responsible for reviewing written proposals and verifying current license details with the Contractors State License Board before hiring any contractor — the estimate checklist explains how.

4. No professional advice

Content on this site is general information, not professional engineering, contracting, legal, tax or financial advice, and not a substitute for an on-site evaluation of your home. See the disclaimer for the full statement.

5. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep content accurate and current, but codes, incentive programs, equipment standards and market conditions change. We make no warranty that the site is error-free, complete, or continuously available, and we may modify or remove content at any time.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not submit false information or another person's details without their permission.
• Do not use the site for unlawful purposes or to harass anyone.
